All our products are custom-made to order in South Africa, carefully crafted just for you. Once you place an order, we start manufacturing it within 5–7 business days.

After your order is ready, it will be couriered to the address you provided. Delivery times are typically:

• Main cities: around 3 business days
• Other areas: around 5 business days

Please double-check your shipping details, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost items caused by incorrect addresses or courier issues.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your order, please email us at bokketrokke@gmail.com and we’ll assist you.

For items damaged during shipping, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include a list of the damaged items and photos so we can process your claim quickly.

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for spelling mistakes or text entered incorrectly on the website.

Important Notes:

• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for custom items.
• All returns and refunds comply with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
