All products sold by Bokke & Trokke Pty Ltd are custom-made to order in South Africa.

Order Processing

Once payment has been received, orders are processed and manufactured within 5–7 business days. As each item is made specifically for you, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume.

Shipping & Delivery

After manufacturing is complete, your order will be couriered to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are:

• Main cities: approximately 3 business days after dispatch
• Outlying areas: approximately 5 business days after dispatch

Tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that correct and complete delivery details are provided. Bokke & Trokke Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect address information or courier-related issues beyond our control.

Shipping Area

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item, including clear photos of the damage. This allows us to assist you as quickly as possible.
