Terms and Conditions
Bokke & Trokke Pty Ltd is a South African business selling custom-made accessories online.
Delivery
Custom orders are processed and made within 5–7 business days, subject to availability and receipt of payment. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Returns and Refunds
Goods are made to order and subject to availability. If a product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued within 30 days. Orders cancelled before manufacturing starts may incur a 10% administration fee.
Note: We cannot accept returns for spelling mistakes or incorrect text entered by the customer. Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receipt with photos for verification.
Privacy
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information in line with South African law. Personal information is stored securely and separately from payment details.
Payment Methods
All payments on our website are processed securely via PayFast (Pty) Ltd, a South African payment gateway. PayFast uses industry-standard security and encryption to protect your payment information.
We do not store or have access to your card or banking details. All payment information is entered directly on PayFast’s secure platform.
PayFast supports the following payment methods (subject to availability):
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Instant EFT
- PayFast Wallet
- Other bank-supported payment options made available by PayFast from time to time
Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or manufactured.
Responsibility
Bokke & Trokke is responsible for all transactions, customer service, dispute resolution, and delivery.
